The sad news is skiing has ended a few weeks early but the good news is our garden at Arbor B&B in Prince George and city parks are looking great! The Prince George Citizen newspaper this morning announced that Connaught Hill Park will be opened this weekend a full three weeks earlier than the previous record.

Bruce Cockburn is coming to Prince George BC May 6 for an intimate evening of song. For over 35 years, the Ottawa-born musician has recorded almost as many albums while earning respect for his charitable and activist work. He is a member of the Canadian Music Hall of Fame and was also made a member of the Order of Canada.

Provincial Ringette Championships March 11, 12, 13, Prince George BC

Prince George is hosting the Provincial Ringette Championships March 11, 12, 13 at the Kin Centre. Teams from all over BC will be vying for a berth to go to the Western Canadian championships later this month in Winnipeg.
