The Olympic spirit in Prince George

Our recent guests Melanie Houlden and Harvey Wright from New Westminster enjoyed 4 days of great skiing at the Otway Nordic Ski Trails located less than 15 minutes from Arbor Bed and Breakfast in Prince George. They were fortunate to meet one of our local 2010 Olympic Torch runners who was of course very happy to pose for a picture.

Peter and I skiied at Otway yesterday and the trails are still in very good condition.

Cimo Mediterranean Grill Prince George

Last Tuesday Night we went to Cimo Mediterranean Grill in Prince George for a celebratory dinner. I routinely refer our Arbor Bed and Breakfast guests and thought it was a good opportunity to see what Chef Wayne Kitchen was creating first hand.

We were accompanied by foodie friends from Vancouver and I was hoping the dinner and service would be all I remembered on our last visit.

The service, wines and meals were superb and I would heartily recommend Cimo for an intimate dinner of fresh and interesting items.
